Wedding Photography FAQs
We’ve made it nice and easy. Please get in touch using either the Contact Us form, or by phoning or emailing us.
Whilst we are wedding photographers based in Fleet, Hampshire we also cater for weddings across the whole of Southern England, including the counties of Berkshire, Dorset, Oxfordshire, Surrey and London. We are always happy to travel to locations further afield, so please get in touch to discuss the location of your wedding.
We use professional level Canon Camera’s and Canon’s L Series lenses (the best they make!).
Absolutely! We believe that your Wedding Album IS one of your First Family Heirlooms, and something to be treasured for a lifetime. Therefore the albums we choose to supply are only the very best and an investment made to last. Our luxury albums can be viewed on our Albums page
Please contact us to set up a date and time to meet. We’d love to show you our stunning Luxury leather bound albums, Crystal Digital Drives and additional products. We also showcase at Wedding Fairs and hold Open Days at our studio, so check on our About Us page for the latest information on dates if you’d prefer to visit at those times.
For our full Wedding Photography pricing and what’s included please contact us.
Yes! If you would like to have them. As part of the wedding photography planning and Timeline that we will discuss with you, we will carefully discuss with you all of the photography requirements you have for your day and let you know how much time will need to be allocated.
We believe in quality over quantity and you will receive a great set of photographs from your day.
Copyright is about who owns the ‘material’. The copyright of the images created on your wedding day remains with moore&moore photography. If digital negatives are included in the Wedding Collection you choose then we give you a license to use these images for your own personal use and to print them. We also provide you with a complimentary set of digital images that are watermarked and these can be used on social networking sites.
This is going to be different for each and every wedding we photograph. We meet with you at least once before your wedding and will be in regular contact leading up to your wedding day to discuss the Timeline of your day. In our view we would like at least 1 hour with you for your personal portraits on the day. This doesn’t include family groups or the bridal party group shots.
Once you have decided that we are the perfect wedding photographers please contact us through our Contact Us links or email or phone us directly. We ask for a £250 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date with the balance being due 1 month before your wedding day.
We provide up to 8-10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, which typically starts from Bridal and Groom preparations right through to your first dance as Mr & Mrs! If you need longer then we’re more than happy to discuss longer coverage.
When you have decided that we are the perfect wedding photographers for you, and that you’d like to go ahead and book us as your photographers for your wedding day, we ask for a £250 non-refundable booking fee and signed Contract. This secures your wedding date and we will not sell it to anyone else. Your balance for the full amount is then due 1 month before your wedding day.
All of our Wedding Collections include two photographers for your wedding day. This provides us with the ability to capture your wedding day from varying complimentary angles providing you with a lot of diversity in your final photographs. The second photographer also provides support to the primary photographer with lighting set ups for our more creative photography.
Many venues include food as part of the package you pay them, but if that’s not the case then we don’t expect to be fed by you on the day! We will bring our own water and snacks for the day to keep us going so we don’t expect you to be looking after us.
After you have been in to our studio to view your wedding images and chosen your favourites for your Wedding Album, your personal and password protected Website and Viewing Gallery will go live. From here you can share the viewing galleries with friends and family. They will also have the opportunity to order prints and products directly from the website if they wish.
We will post a handful of images to Facebook a few days after the wedding, unless you ask us not to. These are small jpeg files that are watermarked and that you can tag yourselves in and also ‘share’ on Facebook.
Absolutely! We are fully insured with both Professional Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances.
We’re always happy to meet with you and chat about your wedding and listen to your questions. Don’t hesitate to use the Contact Form or email/phone us directly for a friendly chat.
We trust that we have answered many of your wedding photography FAQs, however please do get in contact with us on 01252 653193 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be more than happy to discuss any queries you may have.
